This drawing of a green sea turtle is one of several sea turtle works of art in my collection. Painted on 300 g/m 140 lb. 100% cotton, cold-pressed paper, all of my original paintings have a textured and crisp parchment-like feel. Because of high quality, the colors are more vibrant and true than paintings on cheaper paper. For the same reason, my paintings are also more durable and long-lasting. All of my original works are mailed with a signed certificate of authenticity. My Giclée prints are outsourced to a professional printer and are printed onto high-quality, textured watercolor paper. The giclée series is limited with only 50 copies being produced. Growing up I split time between living on the coast of Long Island Sound in Guilford, and living in on the island of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands (USVI). In both places, much of my time was spent on the water sailing, fishing, and scuba diving–passions imparted on me by my parents. I draw on all of these experiences for much of my art. I paint exclusively in watercolor, and my subjects are inspired by nature. Mostly I paint and draw seascapes, wildlife, and landscapes.
